Culinary Arts
Instructor: Mr. Prisock   
Prepare students for career(s) in hospitality business. Goal of class is to
lay solid foundation of culinary fundementals and open students mind to the
many career choices. Safety, sanitation, knife skills, culinary terminology
and managerial task as outlined in ProStart. ProStart is the National
Restaurant Association approved curriculum. Students that pass ProStart year
one and year two test are eligable for scholarship(s). Students must also
have completed a 400 hour work component and register in a hospitality
related field at post secondary school. Please inquire about more specifics
from culinary instructor.
